Jesse is a bit too inconfident, so his initiation treatment is to perform naked aerobics in front of women and his personal procedure is to get a tough guy tatoo. Devon thinks that he looks too young for his age, so his initiation is to cut off one of his braces and his personal procedure is to skateboard while wearing a stray jacket and get back up if he falls. Bobby is afraid of strangers, so his initiation treatment is to be hung upside down from a tree and have three strangers help him and his personal procedure is to go crowd surfing. The group therapy is to shove paint up their butts and crap it out onto paper, but Devon backed out.
