CHEUNG YI is a member of a traditional large family. As he is given birth by a concubine, he has no important role in his family. He is inferior when compared with his step-brother CHEUNG KOON. After the death of YI's father, CHEUNG KOON inherits his father's fortune and becomes the boss of the famous shark's fins restaurant 'Koon Yuet Lau' while CHEUNG YI just plays the role of an assistant cook.
