LUNG gets aware that EMPEROR QIN has lumbago during rainy seasons. LUNG then offers to massage his feet so as to relieve his pain. EMPEROR QIN finds it works and thus thinks highly of LUNG. LUI knows that SINN has eloped with LUNG and he fears this will affect JING. He suggests LUNG should marry SINN. It is SINN’s 18th birthday.
