The setting for the 11th installment is Sakaemachi, Chiba City, one of the Kanto region's leading entertainment districts, lined with many brothels. Kajiyama, whose sales performance has been poor and whose company is about to send him to a "re-education" program, desperately visits a shisha bar. There he meets the glamorous female manager in a black and white striped T-shirt, and the countless circular holes in the center of the acrylic boat installed to prevent splashes. Seeing this, Kajiyama's imagination begins to grow, thinking, "This is just like visiting in prison!" After leaving the shisha bar, Kajiyama visits a prison health club based on the concept of a women's prison, where customers become guards and can directly see the girls through a small window and choose the one they want.
