The setting for the 13th installment is Osaki, Tokyo, located between Gotanda and Shinagawa, known for its office district lined with skyscrapers. One day, during a business trip, Kajiyama, feeling depressed after making a series of mistakes at work, stops by a park. He happens to overhear a conversation between a group of people engaged in sketching, and hears the words "Sketching Dainoji Temple." When Kajiyama searches for "ejaculation ruined," the words "ruined orgasm" catch his eye.
