In the search for the recipe they discover that Burrata cheese originated in Joe's family hometown and line up a surprise that Joe won't soon forget - Making artisanal Burrata cheese with an Italian friend. Then they astonish Joe and his wife with a meal straight from his memory - Heirloom Tomato Caprese with their own homemade Burrata cheese, a Sicilian specialty of Orange, Red, and Olive salad and Orechiette Al Ragu Di Braciole. Joe is moved to tears with the care Debi and Gabriele put into planning and preparing this dinner.
