Being brought up in a dysfunctional family, LING feels particular sympathy for HO. She is then determined to help HO strive for the right of access to YAN. In the court, LING presents enough evidence to prove that HO is in a better financial position than WING and that WING’s husband has disowned his illegitimate son. Finally a verdict has been reached. PING comes to the court to look for LING but LING does not give her a warm greeting. VINCENT rises to fame soon after he has won the case against the computer services company. VINCENT suggests LING go on a trip to Japan for relaxation and BEN offers to finish the work for them. Every day, PING goes to JESSICA’s home to cook meals and do housework for LING without letting her know.
