MAN is astonished to discover that the elder apartment is maintained in such a good shape; therefore, he expresses his feeling with poetry at once. His talent impresses the old ladies and of course, including SIN. The next day, LAU informs SIN that she has to withdraw the elderly apartment. SIN cries sadly and seeks for legal advice from WAI.
