　　严守一一家人吃饺子，迎接吕桂花。于文海在餐桌上说有意进军餐饮业，没人搭理他这个话茬。饭后，吕桂花和牛彩云商量要搬出去住，吕桂花想先找个事干，挣点钱。 　　路之信被打败后，在家蒙头大睡，不想出去干了。铜柱铁环上门给他出主意，说可以请黑砖头来写词，也可以学人家那样又哭又唱。路之信去请黑砖头，黑砖头还拿架儿，但被老婆踹了一脚后，决定重新和路之信一块干。 　　严守一的节目收视率低，面临淘汰。段大可给严守一出了一些主意，但都是严守一不想接受的。 　　伍月找严守一，给了严守一一把钥匙。是伍月原来租的那个房子的钥匙，她委托严守一替她保管。 　　严守一拿着钥匙不知道藏在哪里，策划会的时候，他咨询节目组的人，费墨给严守一出主意，说可以让吕桂花保管。严守一觉得是个好主意，把钥匙交给了吕桂花。 　　路之信接到哭丧的活儿，黑砖头先去采访写词儿，但没想到丧主没什么事迹，四个儿子也都是不孝之子。黑砖头一时写不出词来，非常着急。这时又接到路之信催促的电话，黑砖头决定有一说一地去写词儿。
