Inspired by the unsolicited audition tapes... the man who washes his hair in the toilet, the woman with the most annoying laugh, and the the guy who kicks himself in the groin... Steve Harvey's Big Time announces its $10,000 search for ""The Craziest Person in America."" Steve is looking for people that do things so strange that it not only causes you to say, ""Wow!"" but ""Why?"" A celebrity panel will conduct the final judging and award points in the following categories: Originality, Stupidity, and Actual Skill. In the event of a tie, the studio audience will determine the winner.
